Mail Export mit Ordner erstellung

Im Internet habe ich ein Makro für Mail export gefunden welches soweit auch gut Funktioniert.

Allerdings würde ich die Ablage gerne so gestalen das wenn es abgelegt wird auch die Ordner erstellt werden die auch im Outlook ausgewählt wurden.

Leider komme ich da nicht so richtig weiter und ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.
